Officiants and owners, John and Brenda Berry offer small wedding packages, vow renewals, elopements, baby blessings, celebrations of life and other rites of passage. Their riverside venue overlooks the Cacapon River, offering both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, and shares space with Basswood LLC, a locally owned five suite Airbnb. The Appalachian Wedding Chapel & Boutique also operates as a gift shop and specializes in local art and hand crafted ceremonial accessories. The Appalachian Wedding Chapel is a member of the Safe Space Alliance and is an actively welcoming venue for the LGBTQ community.
